🖨 Printing — KOT & bills

For thermal billing printers (Epson, TVS, Xprinter, Everycom… 58/80 mm). Every 🖨 button can also print on the device's own printer, or to a Bluetooth printer from Android via the RawBT app — no setup needed for that.

Print KOT for every new orderOn the kitchen printer, as soon as the order is placed (QR parcels: after the counter confirms). A cancellation slip prints when an order is cancelled.

🥡 Parcel / takeaway

Guests can order parcels by QRPrint the Parcel QR (Tables → 🥡 Parcels) for the counter. Guests enter name + mobile and order from their phone — no table or PIN.

0 = no packing charge. Added to every parcel bill.

🔐 Counter code requiredGuests must enter a random 4-digit code shown only on staff screens (new code every hour). Stops people ordering from home with a saved link.

✅ Staff confirms QR parcelsQR parcel orders reach the kitchen only after a waiter/admin taps Confirm (guest at counter or paid). Unconfirmed parcels cancel after 30 min.

🪑 Table Assignment

Keep waiter on table after closingOn: a table stays with its waiter (fixed sections). Off: the table becomes unassigned when closed, and you pick a waiter by load each time you open it.

👥 Staff sign-in & view

Waiters sign in without passwordLogin screen shows waiter names — tap a name to start. Only for a trusted device / private WiFi: anyone who opens waiter.html can sign in.

Kitchen opens without passwordThe kitchen screen opens with one tap. Use on a kitchen device inside the restaurant.

Show prices & order totals to waitersOff: waiters see dishes and quantities only (no prices on orders, tables or completed orders). Amounts still show on the bill when collecting payment.

🔒 Bill Controls

Waiters can change generated billsOff: once a bill is approved for the guest (or paid), only admin can add discounts, edit/move/cancel orders or amend the bill. Every change is logged.
